By accessing or using TokenAPI services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Service Description

TokenAPI provides unified access to AI language models and image generation models through an OpenAI-compatible API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are made via USDT (TRC20). All balances are non-refundable except in cases of service failure on our end. Token balances have no expiration date. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Circumvent safety measures or content filters of AI models
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization
• Attempt to compromise system security or overload infrastructure

Limitation of Liability

TokenAPI is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
